MOBILITAS PROJECTS

Guided by a pioneering and innovative spirit, MOBILITAS works on its development and projects with the long term in mind. The enrichment of its heritage, its expertise and its visionary ideas are the key of its success. The Group is constantly devising innovative solutions and develops its business by studying the markets and identifying the segments to target in order to refine the strategic positions of tomorrow.

Building the heritage division

On the strength of our digitisation know-how, Mobilitas has created Memorist, a centre for the preservation and enhancement of cultural, historical and artistic heritage.

Memorist is a merger of the expertise held by various market-leading brands that are specialised in the preservation, restoration, digitisation and enhancement of heritage in all its forms.

Memorist supports museums, public institutions, private companies, NGOs and the media in France and abroad by providing a comprehensive range of value-added services that combine traditional techniques and innovative technologies.

Completing the network

The Group’s international DNA is rooted in its long history of development on several continents. Established in 100 countries, MOBILITAS relies first and foremost on its own network to offer its customers an unrivalled service.

Today, the group has 378 sites globally for all its activities. This extensive coverage reflects the group’s culture of providing a service that is near to its customers. For example, the presence of MOBILITAS in the 54 African countries, known as Africa54, enables it to carry out all its traditional businesses and activities on this continent of the future.

For almost half a century, this pioneering medium-sized company has followed a strategy of organic growth and consolidation, as well as growth through acquisition. Historic names in mobility, physical and digital records management, and heritage preservation bring to MOBILITAS their expertise and proximity to their local markets.

Develop Records Management

Constantly combining organic growth with external growth, MOBILITAS develops its business by adapting to the needs of its customers.

The management, storage and digitisation of data are essential requirements for public and private companies. By meeting their growing records management needs, the Group continues the dynamic expansion of its service, offering in physical, digital and heritage archiving.

MOBILITAS plans to set up its archiving activities in all the countries where it is already established.

Strengthen its Partnerships

The Group promotes long-term, principled relationships and builds lasting partnerships with its partners.

These win-win partnerships combine strength and expertise and pool all the resources and skills of the different players, to offer to customers unique and personalized services that go beyond their requirements, delivered with perfection and excellence.

In the Americas, as in other locations, the Group continues to strengthen and develop its commercial ties with its partners.

New Infrastructure

Infrastructure development is a part of the long-term policy that the Group has been pursuing for more than 45 years. Thanks to the pioneering vision of its leaders, MOBILITAS anticipates the needs of its customers and adapts its facilities accordingly.

Wherever it operates, the Group develops and installs warehouses, offices, archives and digitisation sites, logistics platforms, etc. This infrastructure gives the Group a better operational management.

In the next 15 years, MOBILITAS plans to implement 112 projects that meet the needs already identified. These developments will strengthen its position in the international mobility and archiving market.

Quality and Training

Meeting the challenges of tomorrow and preparing for future developments is a constant concern for MOBILITAS. The Group focuses on quality, its procedures and the excellence of the services it provides to its customers.

MOBILITAS believes that the development of the Group depends on the men and women who make it up, and invests continuously in the training of its employees. The Group has therefore created the corporate university of “Alliance des ETI Agiles”, a group of medium sized companies willing to share good practices and feedback. Through this initiative, MOBILITAS intends to advance the skills of its managers through tailor-made training.

Complementary Poles of Expertise

Moving and outfitting hotels, hospitals, factories, as well as transporting paintings, sculptures, statues requires more than logistical skills, it requires specific know-how.

MOBILITAS sets up teams of highly skilled experts under the supervision of experienced project managers to handle and orchestrate the transfer of works of art, the projects related to hotel logistics and the moving of businesses and factories.

These project managers and their teams of professionals have the ability to understand all the technical and organisational issues of this type of operation.

CSR

As a family-owned middle-size enterprise, MOBILITAS passes on its patrimonial heritage and its basic values from generation to generation: solidarity, quality, innovation and performance.

The MOBILITAS Group’s participation in the United Nations Global Compact reflects the Group’s commitment to its societal responsibilities, including the respect for human rights and labour standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption. For MOBILITAS, development can only be considered in a sustainable and equitable way.

MOBILITAS also advances the empowerment of women. The Group recognises that women are still underrepresented in the mobility and transport sectors and is committed to promoting gender equality and increasing the number of female employees in the group by 5%.
