As a member of our sales team, you will develop our turnover in your geographical area, Strasbourg. You will be in charge of:
  • Implementing commercial prospecting: identifying and qualifying priority targets, making contact and following up with prospects.
  • Presenting and adapting the commercial offer to the needs expressed by prospects and customers.
  • Negotiating with customers (HR or buyers) until sales are concluded.
  • Developing and maintaining your portfolio of active customers. Carrying out the commercial follow-up of your customers, including key accounts, in particular by preparing and participating in performance reviews
  • Ensuring regular reporting on your activity and results.
  • Contributing in the commercial strategy.
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of your customers and proposing possible actions for improvement.
  • Working in close collaboration with the different internal teams.

    Tertiary qualification in business/sales/marketing (BAC+2) with minimum three years’ experience in B2B sales OR a junior profile with master’s in business (BAC+5) from an accredited business school.
    You are meticulous, perseverant and persuasive - You have a good interpersonal and negotiation skills - You like challenges and appreciate teamwork – Proficiency in the MS Office package is essential - A good command of English is recommended.

    MOBILITY COORDINATOR
    After a training period, you will coordinate the geographic mobility support services for the French or foreign employees of our clients. This entails: Analysing the client company’s needs, its mobility policy, and confirmation of the desired services.     Establishing the requirements of the transferred employee (budget, location, family composition, etc.), advising employees and their families.
    Preparing and following up employee administrative documents.
    Coordinating external contributors according to the planned services: follow-up of removal experts, consultants dedicated to the search for accommodation and help with settling in (signing of the lease, connection of meters, opening of bank accounts, search for schools), awareness of the new environment and cost optimisation.

    This is an office-based position, the relationship with customers (companies and employees) is conducted by mail and telephone only. Travel in the field is done by external service providers. Mobility can be national or international.

    You manage the administrative aspects of mobility for the French and foreign employees of our clients.
  • Preparation and follow-up of work permit, residence and social security applications, driver’s license exchange, vehicle registration, etc.
  • Ensuring the authenticity of the documents obtained.
  • Detailed and regular reporting to the client company.
    • Coordination between the client company, the employee and the different administrations in France. You will occasionally travel to administrations in the Ile-de-France region.

    IMMIGRATION MOBILITY COORDINATOR
    If you are multilingual (fluent in English at a minimum), organised, meticulous, and with a passion for customer relations and service, you will enjoy working with us.
    Knowledge of immigration requirements for immigrating employees and their social welfare obligations is a plus.

  • Confirmation of the employee's specifications, advice on local living conditions.
  • House search, pre-selection and organisation of the housing visit schedule.
  • Accompanying employees to these visits, using your vehicle.
  • Accompanying employees while they settle in: signing the lease, drafting an inventory of fixtures, arranging utilities, etc.
  • If necessary, researching information on school and day-care registration requirements.
